The estate features multiple dedicated seating areas, allowing guests to choose their preferred environment—whether it is breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool or afternoon relaxation in the front garden. A dedicated BBQ area is also available for al fresco meals.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom house, the private pool, and the sprawling 6-acre estate. No areas or facilities are shared.
Other things to note
A rental car is strictly necessary to navigate the area and fully utilize the villa's strategic location between the north and south coasts. Due to the property's location within a large natural plot at the foothills of Mount Vrisinas, guests may occasionally encounter local insects or natural rural sounds.
