Approached via a secluded tree-lined lane in Armeni, this 1900 stone residence has been transformed into a refined, dreamy fairytale retreat. The estate seamlessly merges preserved Cretan masonry with Tuscan-inspired terracotta and pastel patinas, creating timeless character. Positioned on the hillside, this 150 sq.m. design-led sanctuary spans two curated levels with mountain vistas, complete privacy, and multi-tiered outdoor living featuring a private pool, heated Jacuzzi, BBQ, and playground.


The Space

Inside, the architecture celebrates an authentic, artistic spirit. Preserved stone arches, original timber ceilings, and curated boho details blend seamlessly across sun-drenched living spaces. From the master bedroom’s traditional stone dome alcove to the bespoke color palette, every room feels thoughtfully composed and visually inviting.

Living Areas & Kitchen

* Ground Floor: An open-plan living and dining area framed by exposed stone walls and timber-beamed ceilings. Features two plush sofas, an artisanal dresser, air conditioning, and a family dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, sandwich press, and complete culinary ware.
* First Floor: A second, light-filled lounge furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a 52-inch Smart Satellite TV, and direct walkout access to the main balcony overlooking Armeni village and the Cretan mountains.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

* Master Bedroom (Upper Floor): Double bed, authentic stone dome alcove with a built-in daybed, dedicated ensuite WC, workstation, open wardrobe, air conditioning, and direct walkout access to the rear terrace playground.
* Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Double bed, open wardrobe, dresser, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and direct walkout access to the panoramic mountain-view balcony.

* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00 onwards | Check-out is by 10:00. *(Early arrival or late departure accommodated upon calendar availability).*
* Guest Capacity: Strictly limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement. Unregistered visitors are not permitted on the premises.
* Property Care: The estate is delivered in pristine condition and guests are kindly asked to maintain it with respect and care throughout their stay.
* Pool & Spa Safety: The swimming facilities comply with Greek Tourism Organization standards. Adult supervision is strictly required for children under 12 at all times in the pool and Jacuzzi areas. Diving is strictly prohibited. Maximum Jacuzzi operating temperature is 32°C.
