The villa extends across 120 sqm and is arranged on a single, practical level, creating a relaxed and comfortable flow throughout the space.
Inside, three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms offer privacy and rest, two with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups. The living room is bright and welcoming, designed for everyday comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen invites shared meals and easy living. A dining area for up to six guests, one spacious bathroom and an additional WC complete the interior layout.
Air conditioning is available in all indoor areas and can also be used for heating, ensuring year round comfort.
External Living
Outdoor living is at the heart of the Villa Elides experience.
The villa opens onto a private, enclosed garden where a swimming pool sits at the centre of the space, surrounded by sunbeds, open lawn areas and shaded pergolas. The setting is quiet and secluded, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.
An outdoor dining area and built in BBQ create the perfect atmosphere for long, unhurried meals under the Cretan sky, from morning swims to evenings that stretch gently into night.

Phylaki is a small, peaceful village in the Apokoronas region of Chania, known for its open landscapes, green fields and relaxed rural character. The area is ideal for countryside walks, scenic drives and discovering traditional villages nearby.
Organised beaches, seaside towns and Lake Kournas, the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, are all within easy driving distance. The historic town of Chania is also accessible for day trips, offering a rich mix of culture, dining and local life.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the region and explore both the coast and the inland landscapes.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. Hair dryers, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector are available throughout the villa.
The swimming pool operates seasonally from March to mid November. Children should always be supervised around the pool. As the villa is surrounded by nature, guests may occasionally notice natural outdoor sounds or insects, particularly during warmer months.
