The villa overlooks the Libyan Sea, offering stunning vistas of Aniforas Beach, a dramatic rock jutting into the sea, and the Paximadia Islands. The nearby village of Agios Pavlos, just 4 km away, features a few charming taverns, a mini-market, and a bar.

On the pool level, an open-plan area features a cozy living room with a 42 inch TV with Netflix, fireplace, seamlessly integrated with a fully equipped modern kitchen and an adjacent dining table. This space opens to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area, offering stunning sea views. The kitchen boasts an oven, microwave, gas and electric stovetops, and dishwasher, allowing you to cook while enjoying the view! You can also use fresh herbs from the garden for your homemade meals!
This level also includes a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature quality Cocomat mattresses.
Lower floor
An interior staircase descends to the lower level, where three additional double bedrooms are located, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. An extra bathroom is also available on this level. Guests can also enjoy the luxurious amenities of an impressive hammam room and feel relaxed without even leaving the villa! Finally, a washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience.
